Purchase & Receive Confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.

Create Your Account

You’ll automatically be assigned:

A unique Member ID (e.g. BZT-UK-0001)
A unique Tag ID for each tag (e.g. BZT-UK-0001-01)

Access Your Dashboard

After your purchase, all your tags will be linked to your account.

Whether you create your account straight away or later, your purchased tags will appear in your member dashboard, ready to activate and manage.

If Your Bag Is Found

If someone finds your bag, they simply scan your QR code.

They’ll be taken to a secure contact page, allowing them to reach you directly—without seeing your personal details.

Prefer not to be contacted directly? No problem.
The Bagztagz team can handle communication on your behalf and coordinate the safe return of your bag from start to finish.

Get Notified & Reunited

As soon as your tag is scanned, you’ll receive a notification so you can track what’s happening and arrange the return of your belongings.

Double Protection

Even if your external tag is lost or damaged, your internal ID card ensures there is still a way to identify and return your bag.
