  • Rest of World: £14.00

  • UK: 48 hour tracked Royal Mail

  • Europe & Rest of World: 1–9 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, or taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@bagztagz.com with your order details.

 

Return timeframes:

  • UK: 14 days from delivery

  • International: 30 days from delivery

Return conditions:

  • Items should be unused and in a resaleable condition

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
