These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on https://www.bagztagz.com/ (“Site”). By using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) About us

2) Products
We sell physical products including QR luggage tags and ID cards (“Products”). Product images are for illustration; colours and appearance may vary slightly.
3) Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We’ll confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, you’ll be refunded.
4) Prices & payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
5) Shipping & delivery
We ship using tracked services. Processing time is typically 1 business day. Delivery estimates and shipping prices are shown on our Shipping & Returns page and/or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, and taxes. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
6) Returns & refunds

7) Using Bagztagz (important)
Bagztagz is designed to help increase the chances of returning lost property, but we do not guarantee that any item will be found or returned.
You are responsible for:

keeping your account/profile details accurate and up to date (where applicable);

using the Products safely and appropriately; and

ensuring any information you choose to provide is information you are comfortable sharing.
8) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is owned by or licensed to Bagztagz Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.
9) Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Subject to that, we are not liable for:

losses that were not foreseeable at the time you placed your order;

indirect or consequential losses; or

loss or damage arising from misuse of the Products or failure to follow any instructions.
Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Products.

11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13) Bagztagz acts solely as an intermediary to assist in the return of lost items. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents, condition, loss or damage of any items within the luggage.
