We sell physical products including QR luggage tags and ID cards (“Products”).
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary slightly.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day.
We use tracked delivery services where available.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Using Bagztagz (Important)
Bagztagz is designed to help increase the chances of recovering lost property, but we do not guarantee that any item will be found or returned.

Our system allows a finder to contact you via a secure page without displaying your personal details.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account or profile information accurate and up to date

• Using the Products safely and appropriately

• Only providing information you are comfortable sharing

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is owned by or licensed to Bagztagz Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our permission.

9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Products.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from misuse of the Products or failure to follow any instructions provided.

Bagztagz acts as a tool to help facilitate contact between the finder and the owner of lost items.
We are not responsible for the loss, condition, or recovery of any items.
